Priced between x and y. This again allows a buyer to nominate a price they are prepared to pay for your home given stated pricing parameters.
For Sale by Public Auction
The price is undisclosed and the buyers are encouraged to bid against each other in a public forum. The highest bidder will be the purchaser, subject to a fixed reserve.
