Sadil Quinlan

Your Marketing Strategy

For sale by Private Treaty

This is the most common method of sale in Canberra. A price is nominated by you and the buyers will negotiate on this price.

For sale by Negotiation or Tender

The price is undisclosed and the buyers are given an opportunity to offer you their best price.

Market Range

Priced between x and y. This again allows a buyer to nominate a price they are prepared to pay for your home given stated pricing parameters.

For Sale by Public Auction

The price is undisclosed and the buyers are encouraged to bid against each other in a public forum. The highest bidder will be the purchaser, subject to a fixed reserve.

Ask your Sadil Quinlan Properties representative to explain the advantages and disadvantages of using each strategy to you. Each has its place and is more suited to some homes over others.
