Greg Sadil
Having moved to Canberra in 1962 Greg was educated at Ainslie Primary School before moving to Chifley and on to ANU. Growing up as part of a Real Estate family in Canberra gave him experience in most facets of Real Estate from a very young age. "I started answering the phone for Dad when I was 4 years old".
The serious work started when he was 17, from open homes to property management, but it wasn't until 1979 that Greg became a full time Real Estate professional.
Having worked closely with a number of developers in the 80's, Greg progressed to working directly with 3 of Canberra's largest institutions, ACT Housing, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and ANU Housing (the only agent in ACT to represent all three).
Greg is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. He has represented the Real Estate Institute's Professional Practices Committee for the past 13 years and has been Chairman for the past 9 years. This committee ensures that member agents adhere to a strict code of ethics.
In 1998, Greg was awarded runner up as Salesperson of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of the ACT and in 1999, won the award.
In 2000 Greg, in his first year, was awarded certificates as Agent of the Year, the Highest Number of Sales and the Highest Number of Listings for the Jenman Group, a marketing group with over 5000 agents throughout Australia.
Greg has attended seminars and courses conducted by some of the world's foremost Real Estate marketing, personal and professional development speakers. Included in this list are Mike Ferry, Tom Hopkins, Danielle Kennedy, Neil Jenman, John McGrath, Maxwell Maltz, Robert Kriegl, John Tickell, Tony Alessandra, Dr Denis Wheatly, Joe Gerard, Bob Proctor, Anthony Robbins, Jay Abraham, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar and Brian Treacy.
This commitment to education and improvement plus experience has given Greg a keen edge when it comes to negotiating the best price for a home owner.

At the tender age of 16, Adam sold his first home for Sadil Quinlan Real Estate. Born and bred in Canberra, he has seen the changes which make Canberra what it is today.

He listens to people's needs and makes the real estate journey a memorable and pleasant one. A basic rule that he lives by is "tell the truth at all times then nothing will come back to bite you." Hence he is one of the most respected agents in the industry.
His record speaks for itself having successfully helped thousands of people move home over the years.
Many developers seek his services after marketing unit and townhouse developments throughout the Canberra region often having a major input from planning to completion.
Having sold such a large number of residential properties in Canberra, he finds many people keep coming back to him for the service he provides and often receives numerous referrals. His philosophy is "Treat all people the way he would like to be treated."
