Having worked in Real Estate for the several years Cara has an abundance of experience and knowledge in the field she Started as a receptionist in 2011 and the transitioned into administration support in both Property Management and Sales, this gives Cara a view from all different sides of real estate letting her knowledge extend way beyond just property management this helps her in every situation she faces.

Having completed her Cert IV in 2016 this gives Cara the most updated legislation knowledge which is used daily when dealing with property management along with sort after training Cara also displays an excellent work ethic, attention to detail and great customer service skill which helps dealing with lessors and tenants alike. On top of this she also has great problem solving skill that helps her excel in real estate.

Cara’s warm and friendly nature goes a long way in helping to manage all matters pertaining to Property Management with care and proficiency she always takes her job seriously and believes that communication is the key to every relationship.
